Integrated management systems building technique: inspection and repair of non-structural elements
Abstract
The international scientific community has paid great attention to the wide field of inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and rehabilitation of construction, which can be used in the development of integrated buildings management systems. This paper browses the methods of evaluation of the pathological situation of non-structural building elements, based on existing ones and presenting also some of the challenges in this field. A model to be implemented in integrated buildings management systems is also proposed, which is a consistent guideline and working basis for such a system to become a reality.
