Venezuelan, born in Barquisimeto, Lara State on November 9, 1973. Civil Engineer graduated in 2000, with a master's degree in Construction Management in 2007. Professional Research Assistant for the International DURACON 2004 project. University professor in the Deanery of Civil Engineering of the Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado since 2005, in the subjects of Chemistry of materials, Corrosion in Reinforced Concrete and its prevention, Construction Pathology and Quality Control, Construction Management and companies as well. such as the Chair of Construction Management agreement with the construction chamber of the Lara State, all of them belonging to the Department of Construction Engineering. Tutor of more than 40 special degree projects to qualify for the Degree of Civil Engineer in the areas of concrete durability and corrosion of reinforced concrete in marine environments and alternative materials. Co-author of the Corrosion Chapter together with Msc. Emilia Anzola de Partida, from the book “A comprehensive approach… Damage prevention and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete structures.” Professor of the subjects Corrosion and Quality Control Tests in the diploma in repair of reinforced concrete structures. Presentation of several scientific works at the Conpat´s Construction Pathology Congresses. Founding Member and active in front of the executive secretary of the Latin American Association of Quality Control, Pathology and Recovery of Construction ALCONPAT VENEZUELA since 2005.
